Chih Wen Chaw Illustrates The Domescape Interactive Installation For Children

Chih Wen Chaw, the lead designer of the award winning work Interactive Installation for Children:Domescape by Chih Wen Chaw explains, This is an installation commisioned by the National Museum of Singapore for Children's Season , co curated with Playeum, and is designed as a playground with 3 big telescope. These telescopes tap on a child's natural inquisitive nature to look through a telescope. Each telescope is angled at a specific urban object in the city and with graphics added to the lens , allowing the children to see our city in a different light. The impetus of this installation is to encourage the children to think beyond what they see and to let what they observe in the city be a base for further imagination. .
