Elephant Weight Mathematics Early Education Toys

Sha Yang Mathematics Early Education Toys Toy

Elephant Weight

Elephant Weight is a mathematics early education toy for children over three years old. The design is based on the traditional Chinese story Cao Chong Weighs the Elephant, in which equal replacement is used to measure a large object with many small ones. Each small elephant weight is marked with its mass, from 5 grams to 100 grams. An object is placed in the boat, the sinking level is marked, and weights are added until the hull returns to that level. Children add the marked values to learn about weight and numbers.

Elephant Weight Mathematics Early Education Toys by Sha Yang was recognized as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Elephant Weight Mathematics Early Education Toys received the Iron A' Design Award in Toys, Games and Hobby Products Design in 2023. The A' Toys, Games and Hobby Products Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade that recognizes exceptional design of dolls, action figures, board games, puzzles, plush toys, educational toys, building blocks, model kits and more.
